By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is broken, damaged, defective, or materially damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To request a return, customers may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Photograph/video of the damaged product
• Photograph of the packaging received
• Details of the issue

Ayuntra Nutrition may review the submitted information before approving a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Products

Products that are delivered in good and usable condition are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Personal preference
• Product no longer required
• Failure to follow product storage instructions
• Any reason other than the product being received broken, damaged, or defective

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered for orders where the product has been received broken, damaged, or defective, subject to verification by Ayuntra Nutrition.

Once the return/refund request has been reviewed and approved, the applicable refund will be initiated to the same payment method used to place the order, subject to the payment gateway and banking process.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

No refund will be provided for products received in good condition.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or dispatched.

A ₹100 cancellation charge will be applicable on an approved order cancellation.

The remaining eligible amount, after deduction of the ₹100 cancellation charge, will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processing timelines.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, the customer may not be eligible for cancellation and the applicable return policy will apply.

4. Damaged Product on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact Ayuntra Nutrition with your order details and supporting photographs/videos.

The issue will be reviewed by our team and, where the claim is approved, we may provide an appropriate resolution such as:

• Replacement of the damaged product; or
• Refund of the eligible amount.

The final resolution will depend on the nature and verification of the issue.

5. Payment Method

Ayuntra Nutrition accepts online prepayment only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase through the available online payment methods on our website.

6. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the payment method used for the original transaction.

The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Ayuntra Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers after the refund has been successfully initiated.
